30+ hrs/week –
1. Perform by phone, medical history-taking, review of systems, and assessment of caller-patients for appropriate management, referral to emergency services or referral to an appropriate physician in the caller’s state.
2. Upload patients’ information to electronic medical records
3. Retrieve and transmit members’ medical records to physicians and healthcare facilities
4. Provide medical information, assistance and/or advice to member-clients by phone
Full-time work is 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central time.
