We have a product that uses crowdsourcing to do testing. We have a support queue for the crowdsourced workers. We want you to own this. There are two key areas of responsibility:
1. Replying to support requests through our ticketing system.
2. Resolving 'disputes' between crowdsourced testers through our disputes interface.
You will be trained how to use both of these.
