We are looking for an experienced support desk manager who will manage 3 resources analysing and diverting support tickets into the support desk. The support desk typically receives up to 10 tickets per day varying from high urgency to low urgency. The support desk manager will monitor the support desk, receive the ticket, analyse the work required and then allocate to the most appropriate resource. We are looking for the following skills:
