We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Call Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to locations provided by the company using our established script. Your main objective will be to schedule meetings between the business owner/manager and our sales representatives for our vending company.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact locations provided by the company via phone using the company script.
2. Engage with business owners/managers in a professional and persuasive manner to schedule meetings.
3. Clearly communicate the benefits of our vending services and products to potential clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of all calls and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and follow-up activities.
6. Provide regular updates to the management team on call progress and scheduling outcomes.
7. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pre-call process.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
3. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
4. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while also adapting to different situations.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
8. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
