Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Testing: Create and manage test data sets, run unit tests, analyze AB test results for statistical significance, and provide detailed reports.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure our project management tools, such as Airtable, are meticulously maintained and updated.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing automated AI processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that yield measurable results.
- Project Development: From planning to execution, handle design, configuration, and evaluations to ensure processes meet our rigorous standards.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to write SQL queries and understand or quickly learn JSON and XML.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficient in defining statistical significance, reading AB test results, and conducting thorough data analyses.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex issues into manageable parts.
- Detail Orientation: A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to work.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with AI, particularly in crafting and prompting for large language models (LLM) like ChatGPT.
- Proven track record of self-initiated projects, especially those involving coding or AI technologies.
- Practical experience in translating user requirements into functional software features.
