Sometimes the line items of vendor agreements can be complex when there are a number of amendments to an initial agreement. - Ability to understand legal terms of vendor agreements at a high level. - Ability to understand contract renewal clauses from software service agreements - Strong collaboration skills - this role will be partnering with our engineering and product leads to ensure spend data is accurately represented in our system. A lot of success will be defined by knowing the right questions to ask. - Strong motivation to get things done. - Fast learner.
