Marketing and E-commerce Assistant (Bilingual: Spanish/English)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and E-commerce Assistant to join our team and work directly with the owner. The ideal candidate will be a native or bilingual Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1-Assist the owner in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
2-Manage e-commerce Chat Platform
3-Create Excel spreadsheets to organize and manage product data information.
4-Send messages through WhatsApp or Smart Mail to clients, presenting product offerings and promotions.
5-Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring that product listings are accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.
6-Handle customer inquiries and provide support via WhatsApp and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
7-Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database with customer information, interactions, and sales data.
8-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and coordinate efforts to achieve business goals.
9-Assist in creating promotional materials for events, such as flyers, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
10-Assist in post-event follow-up activities, including collecting feedback, updating databases, and analyzing event success metrics.
11-Provide support during event planning meetings, including taking notes, creating agendas, and following up on action items.
12-Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events, including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.
13-Handle inquiries and RSVPs from guests, manage guest lists, and coordinate ticket sales if applicable.
