We need someone to help us identify whether our internet connection is working well for VoIP. We use Comcast internet, Asterisk (Elastix), a SIP provider, and a pfSense firewall.
Lately we've been having troubles with our phones, and I suspect that it's our internet connection which is not performing well. I can't be certain though, because I don't have the proper data.
