Our company is seeking a remote Calendly and Job Ads Customization Specialist where you’ll configure and customize Calendly and Indeed/LinkedIn Jobs accounts to specifically meet the needs of attorneys focused on providing affordable legal services. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Calendly, LinkedIN and Indeed’s features and capabilities, alongside a keen insight into the unique scheduling and hiring demands of attorneys committed to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Engage with attorneys to understand their scheduling requirements and how these align with their goals of providing accessible legal services. Tailor Calendly settings to enhance workflow efficiency, including configuring appointment types, availability, and automated reminders. Integrate Calendly with other essential tools and platforms commonly used in legal settings, like case management software and communication systems. Offer training and ongoing support to legal staff to ensure effective use of Calendly. Help attorneys update templated job ads and post them to LinkedIn and Indeed Keep abreast of the latest developments in scheduling technology to continually refine our approach. Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in managing and customizing Calendly accounts, ideally within a professional services environment Some experience working with Indeed or LinkedIN jobs posting websites Robust technical skills with a proven ability to seamlessly integrate various software tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging effectively with mission-driven teams. A problem-solving approach and meticulous attention to detail. Why Join Us?
