As a system administrator for Optimal Hosting you will work with the team to diagnose and resolve server problems, monitor the L2 & (mainly) L3 helpdesk (tickets escalated from our L1/process support team) and you will be responsible for the monitoring of our servers and network. Our new cloud platform is based in the UK, operating from high-end Dell servers with OnApp. We use OnApp storage, a distributed SAN. You *must* have cloud experience.
