Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter in the tech industry

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other online platforms
