We are looking for help in connecting a customer backend database to our Open Ticket Request System (OTRS).
We are running on OTRS 3.3.4 on Linux with mySQL and want to get a Database Backend with our customers to be connected. The backend database is a one table database in our Microsoft SQL Server.
