I want to schedule a 30 mins - 1 hour technical consultation with you. I recently launched a new recruiting service that aims to eliminate the problems and costs associated with tech recruiting and streamline the process of hiring amazing software developers in the United States. The model is built around providing a steady pipeline of pre-vetted candidates that are technically assessed by experienced developers themselves. As someone intimately familiar with the typical pain points of technical hiring, I am looking to gain different perspectives from someone who dealt with pains of hiring engineers in various companies/sectors/industries and who has a software engineering background. The goal is to move faster toward PMF. I need your candid feedback and insights on: 1. The website copy, messaging, and positioning 2. How clearly the service model and unique value propositions are communicated 3. Whether this offering truly solves key hiring inefficiencies you've experienced 4.
