We have a Cordova app that is running in a local dev environment. However, when we submit to Google, the submission is denied and Google indicates that the app won't load. In need of someone with experience publishing an app written in Cordova to the Google Play Store to resolve the issue and resubmit the app to Google.

An online startup needs to effectively estimate the technical requirements and complexity of proposed app features in order to understand the time money and effort needed to develop an iOS app and Android app. For this particular project, we need a developer to look at the proposed features and quote how much time and money it would take to implement this app idea. A key app feature is that the app would need to use API's to connect to cloud storage for HIPAA compliance. The end goal is ultimately to complete the iOS app and Android app in the most timely manner using any pre-existing libraries that could help speed up the coding process.
