I am needing help programming parts so that they can be run on a CNC mill and/or lathe. We have all the available drawings and specifications needed; we just need the parts programmed.

I am looking for someone possessing strong electronics building background to build multiple small boxes to a specification we will provide; soldering 6 components: an Arduino type card, power mangement card, motor pulse etc. This is /will be a recurring work commitment for several months. Candidate must be able to perform according to quality work instructions provided and utilizing appropriate anti-static clean environment. Confidentiality vendor agreement will be required. Proximity to georgia is preferred.

Codesys programming of machines with IFM PLC's and masters for IO Link. Panel design for systems based on current ACT templates and BOM creation. My team needs help tapping into your experience to gain new scalable program models, from work we have completed, for the 2 separate and distinct series of machines we build. There is always a custom feature to work in as all of our systems are built to customer order. My electrical lead can provide SOO for systems, basis for machine features and options, etc. We have been at this for years but its time to polish this into a more efficient process. We also need to elevate the graphics on the IFM HMI screens and would like to find talent to help with that. My UL 508A panel shop needs support in creating panel drawings and schematics with BOM creation for multiple similar projects as well as customized changes to suit. All panel designs are in AutoCAD 2D. At this point I'm fishing for quality and experienced help that understands the urgency of having a large backlog of machines to complete!
