I have a 2 QNap Servers that work with Plex. I replaced my RAM in the movie server but now the IP address changed and the Qnap movie server doesnt see the Tv server (tv server mounts fine) and plex doesnt see TV server. I had someone configure this for me a year ago but theyre not responding. Anyone know how to fix this?

We just moved offices and have a new public IP address. It has been a while and I cannot remember all the config necessary on windows server. I have whitelisted our IPs in AWS and the machines are talking, but I cannot get my network drives to map. We have a remote DC and a remote APPS server both in aws, both windows servers.
