We're looking for expert full-stack HubSpot/Zoho migration consultants / agencies to assist us with migration from Zoho to HubSpot. We're looking for a multi-phase migration:
1) Understanding and documenting our current Zoho setup and connections to Zoho apps (Desk, SalesIQ, Social, ZMA, Campaigns, Forms, Recruit, etc) and external apps (inventory management, gmail/gdrive/gdocs/google workspace, wordpress, Slack, website, company internal database, phone system, mobile phone system, etc)
2) Advise if HubSpot is really the best fit for our needs
3) Document HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation transition. Document entire automation workflow, including required fields, custom fields, segmentation, forecasting, territory management)
4) Pricing out and negotiating Hubspot Products for best fit per
5) Proposing and executing multi-phase migration strategy,
6) Verify data migration and QAQC
7) Training sales and marketing staff (potentially support staff too if we determine that HubSpot Service is the right direction for us)
8) Debug, Optimize analytics for sales/marketing reps and managers
Keep in mind that we've selected HubSpot because we want to do the least amount of customization as possible. We want to stay in the lanes of the product as much as possible.
We're not looking for a long term - multi-year HubSpot partner. We'll eventually hire an in-house CRM admin to take on everything hubspot management. We're just looking for the best migration consultant/team that doesn't beat around the bush and tells us straight up, this is how HubSpot works and what we have to do to adapt to their workflow.

Also, I know I have this set up as hourly but I'd rather set this up as a fixed price project. If you offer fixed price proposals for migration, I'm all ears.
