We have a sick AD that needs some TLC to get it back on its feet. This AD lives in a Microsoft Server environment (SBS 2011) that has been sunset for a number of years and is overdue for a migration. Primary request is to clean up AD to restore functioning. Secondary request is to advise on potential options for migration to a modern AD environment. A separate job proposal would be made to do any migration work.

My outbound company emails have been going to customers SPAM accounts and need to resolve ASAP. There's a mismatch somewhere in the Domain DNS settings for SPF/DMARC/DKIM etc. GoDaddy is the domain and email provider. I can host sessions to view and resolve.

Our shopify store's domain is hosted by bluehost and uses google workspace for company website/domain related email. Recently I have not been receiving and cannot send email to my google workspace related account. I have tried to address this with Bluehost but they have not been able to assist. What I have done, at their direction, is add my domain email account to a personal account. Now I can see and receive emails to my domain account but only via the personal account. The actual domain email still does not function. Troubleshooter required.
