We need a database of contacts that automatically sends out a birthday card for a contact when that person's birthday is approaching. We envision using Airtable to store the contact information, Thanks.io to send out the card, and Zapier to integrate the two together. The design work in Thanks.io is already done. We will have a CSV to import all the contact data into the database; once the data is in, we will need to be able to edit and update the information as well as add and delete contacts. The data set is straightforward: name, mailing address, city, state, zip, and birthday. We do not currently have an Airtable account; we believe this project can be done using one of their free accounts. We do have Thanks.io and Zapier accounts to use in the project.

Our company, Physical Therapy Owners Club (https://ptoclub.com/) is putting on its first in-person event and is looking to use an event planner to help us make it fun, valuable, and successful, such that we and the attendees want to make this an annual event.
