Looking for a drafting professional to create a basic set of house plans for myself to submission to our local planning and zoning office to begin construction of a single family home. I have a space in front of my garage that is in need of some design help. My preference would be to work with existing shrubbery (inkberries and weigela (tea and roses) and swath of shasta daisies. I also have tickseed that is not doing very along with some knockout roses. We’re looking to use native plants ito Western PA if possible. Please see attached pictures to get a sense for the space. The space gets a good amount of sun so plants would also need to tolerate full sun. The space measures 20 feet long by 10 feet wide.

I have an existing layout for the floor plan. I need someone with a super creative eye to take my requirements and re-arrange the space. You don't have to worry about structural requirements. I only need the 2nd floor re-designed. Here are the requirements: 1. The staircase stays where it is. 2. Floor plan must have master suite. 3. Floor plan must have two secondary bedrooms. 4. Floor plan must have a laundry room (enough space for a stackable, small sink, and some storage) 5. Floor plan must have a secondary bathroom (jack-n-jill preferred with the secondary bedrooms but not required) If you can provide renderings that's excellent. I'll need a good amount of rendering done with this project with other areas of the house as well.
