Immediate Need Our new on-prem FreePBX instance, with the Flowroute trunk, does not recognize DTMF tones. We need someone with expertise in Flowroute trunks to correct our configuration problem. Environment The FreePBX instance is internal only. Until proper firewalls are set up (not relying on Fail2Ban), administration will be done by screen sharing to use the web console or SSH connection. Ongoing Need (Optimal) We hope to find someone we could occasionally tap into to tackle FreePBX items we don't have the time or skill set to do ourselves. We have been installing and administering our FreePBX setups for over a decade, but we don't have a reason to stay current with Asterisk or FreePBX.
