    I need to setup a call center with existing Elastix 3.5 PBX. We have a database where the system has to make calls automatically and do the survey. If customer complete the survey and we are getting the answers we need- system has to transfer call to the agent where agent has ability to fill out the form. We are thinking to use iSurveyX with iDialerX. If you have any other alternative solutions you are welcome to implement it.

    In our local network we have a SIP server (Asterisk PBX) which is available at a given IP (192.168.?.?). It is not a hosted PBX, only accessible within the network. I need a Softphone that works on Chrome OS. Very simple - just dial a number and make the call. Technology that might be useful is Sipml5, WebRTC. The only client I found is gUnifiy but this one works only with hosted PBX. We are running Asterisk with Elastix.

At the moment, it works with config files so it is very difficult to register automatically.     We have a Fonality installation in our office (2 unix machines). Fonality is a 3rd party layer on top of Asterisk PBX. Our installation of Fonality has 56 incoming numbers, many submenus, we adjust the callerID depending on the submenu, and several queues. It is cumbersome to track everything within Fonality.
