We have a Fonality installation in our office (2 unix machines). Fonality is a 3rd party layer on top of Asterisk PBX. Our installation of Fonality has 56 incoming numbers, many submenus, we adjust the callerID depending on the submenu, and several queues. It is cumbersome to track everything within Fonality.
