Interested in setting up small-scale metal-powder manufacturing, for very air-sensitive materials, e.g. aluminum and magnesium. Volumes less than 100kg/year, for R&D. Powder size ranging from 25 - 200 micrometers. Essentially, I don't know what I don't know. This project is intended to come away with a better understanding of what must be addressed to comply with any regulations in setting up such an operation, as well as begin thinking about how to approach site selection, equipment, and safety aspects.
