We have an existing demo website that we would like to overhaul to facilitate a new customer workflow. The goal of this new demo is "Auto Business Discovery" - a video analysis application that will automatically generate business requirements and solution documentation. Here is the intended flow 1. Users upload a video (screen recording), an accompanying transcript (txt file), the company name and workflow name 2. The demo autogenerates a business use case description (using GenAI to analyze the video in the background). The user should be able to download this as a word Doc 3. The user review the business use-case word doc locally (not in the webapp), and makes any corrections 4. When they are satisfied they re-upload to the webapp ALONG with their business documentation (checklist) for the 2nd flow: solutions design. 5. The demo autogenerates a solution document (using GenAI to analyze the use case document and attached business documentation). The user should be able to download this as a word Doc 6. The user review the solution word doc locally (not in the webapp), and makes any corrections. 7. The user uploads their modified solutions doc to commence the 3rd flow: Checklist creation. the checklist is a complex CSV that is used to configure the Klarity (our company) system. 8.
