We are setting up a CRM for the first time and need help mapping/customizing fields, importing data, creating dashboards, etc. A few specifics are below: - Mapping and fields (from prospect to closed won to customer to lost customer, etc.) - Contacts might be tricky in our industry because people move throughout various management companies or properties often so need assistance with how to set those up along with parent/child accounts. - We primarily have annual contracts but also offer 1 off services that we would like to track (both with current, past and prospective customers) - API integration with industry database that we will need set up. - Also will need to set up some dashboards and reports: Primarily tracking activities with current accounts, pipeline for sales, customer health, etc.

Developing and refining procedures for new tasks as I onboard new clients. Requirements: Proactive and responsible with an eye for detail. Previous experience as a virtual assistant or similar role. Expertise in using AI tools for content creation, particularly ChatGPT. Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, and Keap. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. We're a private equity firm looking to acquire an Investment Advisor or Registered Investment Advisor firm. Basically, we want to email businesses to gauge their interest in selling to us. We currently have a few thousand emails of potential acquisition targets but would like to hire an email marketing expert to get the most out of our list. What should the email say? Which subject line has the highest open rate? How do we avoid going to spam or being banned? How do we "warm up" a list? Which software should we use? How do we overcome the issue of these emails not being "opt-in?" What if we don't want an "unsubscribe" link so it looks more personal? Would it be better to hire a virtual assistant to send them all one at a time, organically? These are some of the questions we'd like help with. Experience working with clients and campaigns targeted toward acquiring businesses is a huge plus, but not required. We're hoping to find someone this week to start immediately.

We are a small vacation rental management company & need assistance with creating a e-mail marketing / drip campaign to attract new customers. Including design of the templates & and campagn setup. We are not tied to a specific email vendor. Was considering Mailchimp but are open to recommendations. These campaigns will go to vetted leads. We've set up Zapier, and have several things working. However, we're unable to correctly set the Delay Zap timer for when we want them to happen. Also unsure how to schedule things, such as how to delay when an auto RSS feed posts to Facebook Pages. Trying to also set up a Webhook for Thumbtack to Zapier to OpenPhone, and interested in other options we may not know of yet. Looking into Mailchimp because our email list is only 400+ as of now. We may not need integration for it yet, but interested setting up any automated advertising or marketing, or CRM available. Otherwise an overview of what we've set up and also what we possibly could do to expand what Zapier does for us would be fantastic.
