Looking for Panel and Instrument tester during Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance/Startup/Commissioning activities. A test procedure will be supplied. Must have experience with making testing, configuration and making programming modifications for PLC, HMI, VFD, networks and instrumentation, including temperature/humidity, CO2, water sampling analyzers, etc. Experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley products a plus. Some of the work is remote so will be required to connect remotely to panels and perform troubleshooting, modifications and testing. Travel to within US will be required, on short trips (less than 1 week).

Temporary project to assist in creating a new set of files to update an existing 19" Rack design. First, Update a panel drawing, create a silkscreen and assembly drawing for that panel. I have various PDF's, DWG's and STEP files to work with but recreation may be necessary. I'm located in League City but the project can be remote for the most part.

Codesys programming of machines with IFM PLC's and masters for IO Link. Panel design for systems based on current ACT templates and BOM creation. My team needs help tapping into your experience to gain new scalable program models, from work we have completed, for the 2 separate and distinct series of machines we build. There is always a custom feature to work in as all of our systems are built to customer order. My electrical lead can provide SOO for systems, basis for machine features and options, etc. We have been at this for years but its time to polish this into a more efficient process. We also need to elevate the graphics on the IFM HMI screens and would like to find talent to help with that. My UL 508A panel shop needs support in creating panel drawings and schematics with BOM creation for multiple similar projects as well as customized changes to suit. All panel designs are in AutoCAD 2D. At this point I'm fishing for quality and experienced help that understands the urgency of having a large backlog of machines to complete!

I’m looking for someone who can switch the power supply of my air purifier from power switch to linear power supply. Have you done anything like this before and/or would you be able to do this? We have a strict budget of $250 for this job
