You are well suited for this role if you are looking to apply your resume writing and editing background to take over orders from writers struggling to meet customers' needs. You should be interested in calming down upset customers. Not all customers you engage with will be upset, but it is possible. A strong candidate is meticulous, has extensive experience in resume writing and editing, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to address customer concerns effectively. You have to have experience in customer service or support. The work is approximately 20 hours per week at the pay is $30.00/hour. Hours can be flexible. Key Responsibilities: *Identify and rectify errors in resumes and other career documents to maintain exceptional quality standards *Re-write resumes previously written by resume writers on the team *Call customers on an as-needed basis to address and resolve escalated customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally; understand their concerns, communicate available options based on company practices, and outline next steps *Conduct follow-up tasks to calls, such as revising documents if necessary or providing feedback to ensure customer satisfaction; if needed, revise resumes *Provide constructive feedback to resume writers using Slack, assisting in their professional development and improvement *Demonstrate resilience and comfort in handling disgruntled customers, addressing conflicts with empathy and professionalism *Proactively identify and solve problems related to resume writing and customer concerns *Contribute to the enhancement of overall service quality and efficiency Requirements: *Extensive experience in resume writing and cover letter composition. *Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Ability to handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism. *Comfortable providing constructive feedback to team members. *Proactive problem-solving skills and a love for addressing challenges. *Resilient and comfortable handling conflict situations.
