Job Description: Hudson Integrated is seeking a part-time (to full-time), remote SEO & Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal team to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Strategy Development: - Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth. - Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website performance and improve search engine rankings. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets. 2. Content Optimization: - Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure, to improve search engine visibility and user experience. - Develop content strategies that align with SEO objectives and resonate with target audiences across various digital channels. 3. Technical SEO Implementation: - Perform technical SEO audits to identify website issues and recommend solutions for improved crawlability, indexability, and site speed. - Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website compliance with search engine guidelines. 4. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. - Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization. 5. Industry Research and Best Practices: - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing. - Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. - Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. - Working knowledge of WordPress Admin in order to make website optimization changes, including optimizing plug-ins to help with page speed. - Experience and understanding of adding and managing 301 redirects. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Specifications: - This is a part-time to full-time opportunity - Start at 20-25 hours/week, with room to grow into a full-time role within the near future. A set schedule will be determined upon hire, but we expect this candidate to be available during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm). - 100% remote position, although requests for in-person client or internal meetings are a possibility. - Hourly Pay – Rate TBD based on experience, but generally $25-$35.
