Hello! I'm looking for a designer that can help with daily projects. I service multiple clients (more coming soon) and I'm looking for my right hand to share some projects with. I do everything from brand identity design, package design, marketing, web design, video editing for social media and everything in between. So, I'm looking for someone that can be agile with different types of projects and also willing to learn some new skills (and teach me some new skills too!) It's pretty fast paced, so the ideal candidate would be someone who can work quickly and respond quickly. I do need someone that can work during US business hours. This is the most important part! ***Bonus points if you can also work in CapCut for video editing and if you're familiar with Clickup for project management*** Let's have some fun and create some amazing content for the world to see!

We are looking for someone very comfortable with production style graphic design. The bulk of work will be performed in InDesign. Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop are also very important. We will start this relationship by asking you to work on projects from one client who has strict brand guidelines. You'll need to be able to familiarize yourself with those guidelines and remember the rules as you work on dozens of projects over a series of months. A lot of this will be updating copy (copy will be provided), and replacing photos from last year's projects. We will have the native design files from last year to work from. This will be fairly fast paced, but 100% reasonable. There will be some same day turn requests, but only when we know you have capacity to deliver on such requests. I think you'll find we're very fair, but we'll expect dedication during your agreed-upon working hours. Ideally, we're looking for someone to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday on most weeks. We can discuss the number of hours per day, but it will not exceed 35 or 40 hours per week. Email is the primary form of communication. And we'll set you up with a Dropbox account for large file transfers and to actively back-up your work on a daily basis.
