I'm currently seeking a capable virtual assistant to compile a list of 30-40 conferences and summits held in the United States, both past and upcoming, for the year 2024. My interest lies particularly in events within the tri-state area, covering Delaware, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Maryland, Philadelphia, Pa and New York. The chosen assistant will be responsible for curating a meticulously organized list within a Google Docs spreadsheet, detailing pertinent information such as event names, locations, dates, contact emails and phone numbers, official websites, and overarching themes or conference topics.
The database should encompass a diverse range of conferences/summits, excluding church, virtual, and religious-based events, and should include recently concluded conferences along with upcoming ones. I'm particularly interested in conferences relevant to diverse audiences, such as women, Black women, HR professionals, women's leadership initiatives, HBCU communities, and Diversity in Tech forums.
