Hello prospective Solution Architects, We're in search of 2-3 experienced Microsoft Access programmers to engage in extensive work across various significant client projects. I'm looking to appoint 2-3 roles within my specialized IT consulting firm, under the title of Solution Architects. Our establishment primarily operates within the Microsoft ecosystem. Our clientele approach us with sophisticated Microsoft Access database applications, necessitating our support to maintain their current systems. Subsequently, we strategize on modernizing and transitioning parts or the entirety of their applications towards more advanced technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, .NET framework, alongside mobile and web technologies. Applicants must possess profound expertise in Microsoft Access, including developer-level database administration skills. Candidates should be based in the USA, capable of adjusting their work hours from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 40 per week, and have prior experience in a professional programming environment. This entails working within teams comprising dedicated project management, testers, among others, as opposed to operating solo. The recruitment process for this position diverges from conventional practices, favoring almost exclusive communication through video recordings. Two essential videos are provided for your consideration: 1. A Consultant Presentation (~5 minutes) followed by a Customer Presentation (~5 minutes), outlining our operations and client engagement. https://help4access.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/help4access-microsoft-access-enterprise-support-consultant-presentation.mp4 2. A presentation on Emotional Intelligence within IT (~13 minutes), emphasizing the significance of emotional intelligence within software development teams. https://help4access.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/help4access-microsoft-access-enterprise-support-consultant-emotional-intelligence.mp4 The first video spans 10 minutes, while the second, although lengthier, can be briefly reviewed to grasp the fundamental importance of emotional intelligence within our team dynamics. Upon reviewing these materials and finding the role aligns with your interests and capabilities, we encourage you to submit a personalized video response detailing your interest in the position. Alternatively, we wish you the best in your ongoing educational and professional endeavors. All necessary information regarding this opportunity can be found within the two provided videos. The following is the interview and hiring process: 3/15/2024 – Job Posted. 3/22/2024 – 6pm PST - Deadline for your video submission. 3/29/2024 – My feedback sent and candidates chosen round 1 interview. 4/05/2024 – Round 1 complete and finalist chosen and notified. 4/12/2024 – Final round complete and 2-3 consultants sent offers.
