Job Description: Our fintech start-up is in urgent need of a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in Delaware to immediately assist with financial compliance tasks. We would like to make as much progress as possible today. Due to oversight, we require professional services to determine our gross assets for 2023 and ensure the timely filing of our annual franchise taxes with the State of Delaware. Responsibilities: -Quickly ascertain the gross assets of our company for the fiscal year 2023. -Prepare and file the annual franchise tax report before the imminent deadline to avoid penalties. -Assist with any necessary paperwork to maintain corporate compliance with state regulations. -Provide guidance on maintaining compliance with Delaware's financial reporting requirements going forward. Requirements: -Must be a licensed CPA in the State of Delaware with a strong understanding of state tax laws. -Proven experience in handling franchise taxes and corporate financial compliance. -Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and provide expedited services. -Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
