We are seeking a commission-based cold caller and closer to join our team. This position involves reaching out to pre-vetted leads and closing deals for our monthly service, with each deal netting the closer an average of $2,000 in commission. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We are an aviation-based business, so experience in the workings of aviation is a tremendous value. 5 deals per month should be easily attainable if you have the preferred experience. Expectations: -Call between 400-500 leads per week (flexible on more/less based on your schedule) -Ability to accurately and concisely answer basic to intermediate level questions from the leads (We can answer any questions you may have in onboarding) -Ability to interface with ultra high net worth individuals, C-suite executives, or their assistants/teams. Responsibilities: - Cold calling and prospecting potential clients - Presenting our monthly service and closing deals efficiently - Maintaining a strong pipeline, very attainable close targets. A skilled closer can secure at least 5 deals per month. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Results-oriented mindset
