If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. My wife and I own a land investment company that occasionally does deals in CA. What we need is a broker who is able to pull together CMA reports for us to submit to our funder to help establish market value of the property. We already have analyzed the market value but do not have access to the MLS comps and so our funder requires at least 1-2 CMA reports from brokers before funding our deals.
