Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Kalamazoo area for a real estate appraisal company. Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of a convenience store and gas station...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. In addition, you will fill out a questionnaire on the appearance and features of the property, and make a hand-drawn sketch of the perimeter. The entire process will take approximately 45-60 minutes. I am an experienced entrepreneur and very active in business, but do not have a background in real estate. I am purchasing my first home and want assistance from the financial analysis piece. I am looking at luxury, single family real estate in the South Florida area, in Miami or the areas around Miami. I am planning to live there so it is a part lifestyle decision and also financial decision. I am looking to score a home run from an appreciation perspective, but just want to mitigate "losing" as much as possible I have the personal side of the analysis covered so I am looking for input on the financial side. These are the types of questions that I'm trying to look for guidance: 1. All of the relevant costs that I should know about before making a decision. 2. The Pros vs Cons of different areas. For example, closer to Miami and smaller home and seemingly "less nice" neighborhood vs. further from Miami is big home and gorgeous neighborhood, but kind of out of the way. 3. Thoughts on a price for some of the homes that I've toured and liked.

My wife and I own a land investment company that occasionally does deals in CA. What we need is a broker who is able to pull together CMA reports for us to submit to our funder to help establish market value of the property. We already have analyzed the market value but do not have access to the MLS comps and so our funder requires at least 1-2 CMA reports from brokers before funding our deals. If you would like to be a point person for us in CA we would love to discuss working with you!
