I am looking for someone to help my business get over the finish line in several areas to allow my new business to sell new and used audio and video equipment acquired (or consigned) from retailers, dealers, and manufacturers. We purchase (or consign) floor models, demo units, trade-in, gently used, and new product from these suppliers. As part of the purchase price, the supplier will generally store our purchased product in their warehouse and ship to the end customer (at their expense) after a given item is purchased from our site. In some cases, however, I warehouse and ship the equipment to the consumer directly. The Shopify store is linked to www.G3Fi.com as the primary site and has current inventory loaded onto the site and ready to sell to consumers. The current level of proper Shopify setup is approximately 75% complete, but there are several known (and likely some unknown) setup issues that need resolution but are complete stuck points. Though some transactions have been successfully administered through my website, most were manually processed rather than being fully automated without my direct involvement). The G3Fi.com is to be loosely modeled after www.tmraudio.com's site and tailored for two distinct purposes and uses: 1. Consumer-facing (primary focus - current status is 50-75% complete): A. Provide full ecommerce retail purchasing experience to a potential product buyer. 2. Retailer-facing (secondary focus - status of 0% complete): A. Provide access for retailers (and potentially consumers) to submit floor model/demo/trade-in/new products for evaluation G3Fi's consideration of either outright purchase or consignment services and then be added to the consumer-facing portion of the site for resale. B. Provide financing services to retailers to assist with their ability to acquire showroom products and manage cash flow. C. Provide general business consulting services to retailers. There is believe that most elements of this business can become automated, and the desire is to make this happen wherever possible, which would include allowing each dealer/retailer to have limited access to our Shopify account for administrative and fulfillment purposes. A Facebook business page has been created but not fully set up. Topics like creating an effective Meta Pixel and linking to Instagram are immediate needs. Content creation templates and effective setup of ads are also needs. Other channels like Google, YouTube, and email campaigns are part of the broader plan as well but are not set up at this point. This project requires the following skills: - Shopify site setup and customization - Graphic design, web design, SEO - Shopify integrations to social media platforms - Knowledge of multi-warehouse fulfillment (including automation for large and/or heavy palletized products) - E-commerce experience - Knowledge of tax and shipping setup - Configure Shopify to pass the payment processing fee to the customer (if possible) - Knowledge of subscription setup (allowing subscribers to save by not having to pay processing fee or other costs like shipping) - partially created - Create a loyalty rewards program - partially created The size of this project is believed to be medium, as much the foundational work has been completed. The duration is 1 to 2 weeks as we would like to have the site fully up and running as soon as possible, with optimized ads running on Facebook/Instagram and possibly Google. We are seeking expert level of expertise for this job. P.S. Between content written for a prior consultant that did not work out, verbal descriptions of the overall plan, and the use of www.tmraudio.com as a broad template, I believe there is sufficient information to allow any expert to successfully complete this project within a reasonable timeframe.
