10-30 hrs/week –
• Manage customer accounts; contact minimum 1x quarter
• Alert Management to customers
• Renew customers whose contracts are expiring
• Contact 10 -100 customer accounts per day and document in CRM
• Maintain customer database for email marketing
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• A "self-starter" that is able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong explanation and resolution skills.
