OVERVIEW We’re a 7 figure, industry-agnostic B2B Marketing/Lead Gen agency who works with various large accounts and is pursuing rapid growth. We have two divisions that are run entirely separate: A lead producing arm that does large-scale cold B2B email campaigns to produce lead requests/replies (back of house). These are then funneled to the lead qualifying/client facing division (front of house) who’s success is predicated on converting the maximum amount of lead requests to sellable leads to clients (who pay us on a CPL basis) This role would be for the front of the house only. WHO IS THIS FOR You’re a leader with a tenacious grit who has “been there, done that” when it comes to B2B Marketing/Sales. You have an intellectual wit, insatiably curious: You’re great at sizing up situations quickly. You’re also fine getting your hands dirty on the ground level. You’re fine moving fast on things with 70% confidence. You have a certain intensity to you, and not easily frazzled. You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial-type environment (which is much different from a big-corp, slow-moving background). You’re OK coming to a place where the data infrastructure isn’t perfect but you can take the wheel in decisive/meaningful regardless. You’re someone who can think strategically and act tactically. While you love analytics and documentation, but do not let either impede action. You’re OK taking 70% confidence today over 100% confidence next month & iterating as you go. You think in terms of “Short term solution today, medium/long term solution tomorrow”. You would be accountable, in conjunction with our Head of Ops in optimizing/building and/or overhauling the following processes (which will always be tackled in order of revenue impact) Converting lead inquiries from the back of the house to sellable leads to clients via internal phone reps (Win = Conversion %, revenue + quality) Overseeing email campaigns to aged leads where we remarket same services (remarketing) as well as cross-market (Win = Human reply %, Lead %, Revenue per email) Building/overseeing outbound calling division where we dial our aged lead lists as well as cold lists to produce supplemental revenue (Win: ROI $ + % per agent) Overseeing hiring/management/reporting of multiple swim lanes. You’d be accountable for hiring, firing and everything in between Mentoring/guiding Ops Manager to develop to full potential You’d take ownership/accountability of these swim lanes, people and processes & be in charge of making tactical decisions that impact revenue and profitability. WHO IS THIS ROLE NOT FOR? This role is not for the person who prefers to have 100% of the data before making a completely assured move. Similarly this role is not for someone who prefers to work in a mostly predictable, “big corp” sort of environment (this is very much so a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment). We discourage people from applying who have a penchant for over-analysis and/or excessive need for documentation that impedes swift/effective action. (Of course analysis and documentation are crucial for long-term success, but in our culture we stress the importance of action / “short term solution for today, medium/long term solution for after”). This role is not for someone who prefers to work exclusively on high-level tasks. While high-level thinking is imperative, you’re 100% OK going in the weeds to get to the bottom of something in order to inform the best course of action fast. Nobody is above getting their hands dirty when needed. In other words, you don’t allow perfection to get in the way of great.
