Title: Fractional CMO for Niche Health & Wellness Brand
We are a niche health and wellness company offering dietary supplements, self-education series, and related products/services. We have plans to acquire complementary businesses to accelerate growth and scale operations. We seek an experienced, data-driven Fractional CMO to spearhead marketing efforts, create a cohesive brand story, develop a comprehensive digital strategy, and leverage AI technologies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strong brand positioning and messaging resonating with our target audience across the ecosystem.
2. Create a comprehensive digital marketing plan, leveraging data analytics and AI for optimization.
3. Rebrand existing products and services to align with our niche market.
4. Build and manage digital assets (email list, content marketing, optimized website) utilizing AI for personalization and content creation.
5. Implement effective marketing budget management strategies to achieve a 2x return on marketing spend within the first 3 months, gradually increasing to 5x.
6. Stay updated with the latest growth tactics, including AI-powered marketing automation, predictive analytics, and personalization.
7. Utilize creative strategies (surveys, waitlists, funnels) to validate and launch new initiatives with minimal capital spend.
8. Explore and implement AI-powered solutions for marketing tasks (chatbots, voice assistants, computer vision for audience targeting).
9. Develop cohesive marketing strategies to tie our ecosystem together, including acquired businesses, and identify new revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- Proven CMO/fractional CMO experience, preferably in health and wellness.
- Expertise in successful digital marketing strategies across various channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights, including AI and machine learning, to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for compelling brand narratives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of implementing creative, cost-effective growth strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated strategic and creative expertise in leveraging AI technologies for marketing applications.
- Experience in developing cohesive marketing strategies for acquired businesses and identifying new revenue streams.
Success Measurement:
Effectively manage total marketing spend (labor, advertising, tools, etc.) and generate a positive ROI within a specified timeframe. Target: 2x sales revenue vs. marketing budget in the first 3 months, gradually increasing to 5x.
KPIs: Website traffic, conversion rates, email engagement, social media metrics, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value.
This is a remote, fractional position with potential for long-term engagement based on performance.
