I have a professional zoom account and do not know how to use it very well. I am doing one-on-one interviews with people, then editing those down (via the mp4 file in imovie) to a brief version that is then available for distribution on the web. I know there are ways of setting up my Zoom account and my settings and recording protocols to improve the end result and get better quality, but I am not sure how to do all those things.
