I am seeking a Personal Assistant who lives in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate should have an upbeat and strong personality, love maintaining organization, and be respectfully vocal about ensuring tasks are completed to reach goals. The ideal candidate should be able and willing to accept direction, be technology-savvy, and be proactive to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. This position is expected to require approximately 10-20 hours per week to start.
As a Personal Assistant, you will assist with personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and household management, as well as managing and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will screen and prioritize incoming emails and other correspondence, organize and maintain files, documents, and databases in digital and physical formats, conduct research on various topics, coordinate with external parties to facilitate communication and workflow, handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when necessary.
- Comfortable and confident in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar.
