The project idea has three main modules
1. Normal project task tracking, add/edit/delete/manage tasks. Users can enter the details on those tasks, enter time spent on each task and so on
2. create a windows service/a console application to monitor the desktop activity for certain prefixed programs and see how much time is spent on each program activity/application
3. Consolidate 1 and 2, create report or dashboard for the manager to see
