We erect metal buildings and I am looking for someone to draw up plans and figure wind loads for the specific materials we use. Attached is a picture of a building similar to the one needing to be built. I can provide a detailed list of materials and answer any questions. Building is going to be single slope 50' x 125' Front 18' rear 16' 3 back wall and side walls covered.

Building is located in Malvern Pa, 45 minutes west of Philadelphia. I need someone local to create a new floor plan sketch (with dimensions) of the building. The building is 38,000 sq ft or so plus a 15,000-20,000 sq ft basement. Local applicants only.

I need a 2D sketch for a driveway extension to the existing driveway at 9'x24'. With 3,500 PSI, applicable grade, and # rebar, & city/county requirements. I also need a sketch for a rear concrete extension to the back. Add an unattached 14x10x10 pergola to the rear extension on top of the extended concrete addition. A 2-foot-long walkway to lead to the concrete extension, and to match the existing 3x3 concrete pad. Attached are the existing plans of the house and plat.

I would like to have a full set of plans drawn so I can submit my project to the county to obtain a building permit for a residential kitchen remodel. I would prefer the plans (layouts) be drawn using Chief Architect as I’m familiar with that program. I can provide the necessary information quickly and with details. I am looking for someone very familiar with the multiple pages needed for a complete set of plans (demo, framing, floor plan, electrical, mechanicals, elevations, etc). If this goes well I have another kitchen and a bathroom remodel coming up that I will need plans for as well. I need a landscape design plan (design and plant choices) for my larger front yard for my home in a historic residential neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona. Currently, the front yard has very dated plant choice and a large lawn. Very interested in designers with experience in Arizona high desert and historic homes, if possible.

Need period kitchen design, with renderings to view. Can also commission someone to make some of the cabinets, if that is a skill also.
