Must be able to read construction/archetechural schematics in order to prepare the inputs to our estimates. Our market is millwork for residential, multi family, commercial projects that we estimate from on line designs. We prefer somone with experience in Mozaik software but would consider other options to Mozaik. Successful candidate would need excellent communication skills in order to interface with customer's designers, if needed to clarify items on the designs. This position is a part time position in the company.

Florida state licensed residential Architect wanted for one floor new house 2d construction drawings.

We are looking for: * An AutoCAD drafter for control panel wiring schematics and / or hydraulic / fluids process. * Request a true independent drafter - not one that has a full time job with another company and works on the "side" (moonlights). * We prefer someone in the United States for logistical reasons. * Must speak and read fluent English due to the technical nature of engineered drawings and SOW. * We have plenty of work for a freelancer. * A very good command of AutoCAD working in Model space and Paper space tabs. Knows Layers and plotting 2D drawings to Adobe PDF. * Good skills in logic and organization - works clean and pays attention to detail and redline markups. * We use AutoCAD 2010 version, 2D * Knowing basic electrical schematic skills is a plus but not totally necessary. * Hourly rates or by the job - whatever you prefer. * Has the ability to work on weekends sometimes when necessary.

I have an existing layout for the floor plan. I need someone with a super creative eye to take my requirements and re-arrange the space. You don't have to worry about structural requirements. I only need the 2nd floor re-designed. Here are the requirements: 1. The staircase stays where it is. 2. Floor plan must have master suite. 3. Floor plan must have two secondary bedrooms. 4. Floor plan must have a laundry room (enough space for a stackable, small sink, and some storage) 5. Floor plan must have a secondary bathroom (jack-n-jill preferred with the secondary bedrooms but not required) If you can provide renderings that's excellent. I'll need a good amount of rendering done with this project with other areas of the house as well.
