ContactPoint uses our phone tracking system, LogMyCalls, to record our clients’ phone calls. We offer Professional Services, for which our teams find usable calls following client mandated criteria and grade their representatives on how well they aided the customer or sold the product. All Professional Services are fulfilled online.
