Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Orbit Health, a telemental health company. The assistant will help to manage the executive's schedule, communications, and projects to ensure optimal efficiency. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is initially a part-time role of approximately 5-10 hours a week. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional responses. Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records with effective filing systems. Support the CEO in internal and external communications, manage meeting logistics, and provide overall administrative support. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or stakeholders, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth communication. Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. Strong ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in productivity tools is favored, such as MS Office, Google Gsuite, Monday.com, CRM, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. This role may require infrequent time for in person meetings in the DMV (D.C , Maryland, Virginia area). Expenses for such meetings will be covered.
