We use a windows enviroment with windows 7, VPNs and Remote desktop.
My employee connects to the remote system, changes IPs with a VPN and runs through a simple series of tests.
The problem is that the remote desktop software Teamviewer 10 and the VPN software HMA do not get along.
If HMA VPN gives a back IP or has a networking hiccup, it will disconnect the remote connection and prevent log in.
