What I want is someone to step me through what it will take to create a project in Xcode that can be edited with VSCode. The requirements is the app is a background service that monitors bluetooth devices and measures the signal strength of each device. There can be a UI component to this service. I need ALL bluetooth devices no matter what type of device. The service needs to run on both iPad and iPhone devices. Full pay if all devices can be found (I have many types) and the signal is accurate enough to make some measurements. $50 to list devices (may be not all), $75 if all can be listed, $100 if all requirements are meet and I can accurately measure signal strength.

We are a startup specializing in provider-facing healthcare software and services. We have an existing iOS app that that authenticates into a users Apple Health and pushes health vitals information through an AWS Amplify backend to dynamoDB. The app is generally functional but needs polishing, some updated features/functionality and improvements to stability. We are looking for an iOS app developer to take on the project and get it across the finish line for a first version release and then to continue developing and improving the application as needed. The application uses Swift, AWS Amplify App Sync, AWS Amplify, and AWS S3. It connects to Healthkit and via Bluetooth to multiple peripheral BLE devices. We also have an Android version of the app that also uses Amplify that will be a concurrent project once the iOS app is where we need it for release.
