Book all business transactions in Quickbook and reconcile with the bank statement
* End of quarter, bank statement import and assigning appropriate account for all payments and receipts
* Reconcile monthly bank statements
* Enter bills, allocating expense to appropriate accounts
* Create invoices for institutional customers (about 2-3 a month)
* Manage chart of accounts, as necessary
Provide guidance on use of Quickbook.
Most of the work will be done quarterly with some work on monthly basis.
