I need a part-time, long term virtual bookkeeper / accountant to handle the following:
- create and send (email) invoices to clients
- enter purchase invoices and record payments
- weekly bank reconciliation
- enter / reconcile credit card transactions
- enter various other transactions as invoices or journal entries
We use Navision (Dynamics NAV) accounting software. Prior experience with this software is a plus but not required.
You can be located anywhere in the world but must have good written English and excellent bookkeeping/accounting skills.
