We use Square (POS) and Quickbooks for our small business. Most of the integration works smoothy, but we have some issues that persist. In Square, we are missing costs in our inventory (that we think should show up because we have added unit costs). In Quickbooks, COGS isn't working with Square (it has never come over). We have worked with Intuit and Square and gone back and forth but we still have these problems...and it's so frustrating.
